Huntingdonshire Local Plan Update – Residents Views on Proposed Development Sites
Brington and Molesworth Parish Council (BMPC) will be holding a public meeting on Monday 4th November 2024 at Brington CofE school – 7.15pm to take views on potential development within the parish and wider area.
The Parish Council will then feedback residents comments into the Huntingdonshire Local Plan (Residents can also make their own representation separately).
The attached document covers potential development in:
- Brington and Molesworth
- Bythorn and Keystone
- Catworth
- Old Weston
The list is not exhaustive and we request residents bring other sites / projects to BMPC attention.

Sites marked in Yellow within the document have passed the HDC Land Availability Assessment.
Brington – Hill Place
Specifically within Brington and Molesworth – The parish council will need to comment on the potential for a further 20 residential – market and / or affordable houses on Hill Place, Brington.
Within the Local Plan this is known as: Brington and Molesworth 3: Land North and East of Hill Place, Brington.
